Text message terms

These terms cover the text messages sent by Arkline Design, a sole proprietorship owned by Brody Crane, based in Central Elgin, Ontario, Canada. All of our text messages come from (548) 325-8454.

What the messages are about

They are replies and working messages, not marketing. A reply to an enquiry you sent through the Start a project page, your quote, a question while a site is being built, word when something is ready for you to look at, and a text back if you called us and we could not pick up. We do not send promotions, offers or bulk campaigns by text.

How you opt in

One of two ways. You tick the text message box on the Start a project page, which is unticked until you tick it and is never required to send the form. Or you phone (548) 325-8454 and we miss the call, in which case we text that number back.

How you stop them

Reply STOP to any message from (548) 325-8454 and we stop texting that number. We send one message confirming it and nothing after that. Words like stop, end, cancel, quit or unsubscribe all work, and so does asking in your own words. You can also email brody@arklinedesign.com or call (548) 325-8454 and ask us to stop. To start again, tick the box on the form again or tell us.

Reply HELP to any message for contact details and a short description of the service. A person answers at brody@arklinedesign.com or (548) 325-8454.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, depending on your mobile plan. Arkline Design charges nothing for the messages.

Delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Who can take part

These messages are for people 18 and older, and for the number you gave us. If the number stops being yours, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them.
