The price is on paper before we start
We look, we quote, you decide. The visit fee is $89 and it comes off the bill if you go ahead. If we find something else once we are in, we stop and ask. We do not just add it.
Same day for leaks and no heat · A person answers after hours
Licensed plumbing and heating for the Wexley Valley since 2009. You hear the number before we start, and it is the number you pay.

You get a two-hour window and a text with a name when we are twenty minutes out. If we are going to miss it, you hear from us first, not after.
Two licensed plumbers, one licensed gas fitter, and Dana on the phone. No subcontractors, so the person who quotes your job is the person who does it. Lic. #00000 (demo). Two million dollars in liability insurance.
Six things people call us about. If yours is not on the list, call anyway. It probably is, and if it is not we will tell you who to ring.

Three things, in this order.
The main shutoff is a lever or round handle where the pipe comes into the house: basement wall, utility room, or under the kitchen sink in older Barrowmere homes. Turn the handle clockwise, or push the lever across the pipe.
A person answers, day or night. For an active leak or no heat, someone comes out tonight, usually within two hours. Tell us what you see and we will tell you what to do until we arrive, and what the visit costs. Outside our posted hours the call-out is $95 on top, credited toward the repair.
Call (555) 555-0142Towels down, boxes up, a bucket under the drip. Stay away from the electrical panel if there is water near it. We bring the wet-vac.
No heat instead of a leak? Same number. If the furnace is out in winter we bring a space heater for the night.
Every job gets a written price before we start, and it is the number you pay. These are typical numbers so you know roughly where things land.
Quotes for planned work, like a bathroom refit or a new water heater, are free. The $89 visit fee is for finding a fault.
Outside our posted hours: an extra $95 for no-heat and active leaks, credited toward the repair. We say it on the phone before we come out.

Called at 8:40 on a Sunday night with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Someone actually answered, told me where the shutoff was, and was at the door in 35 minutes. The price he wrote down before starting is the price I paid.
Second time using them. The furnace would not stay lit in January. He found a cracked igniter, had one on the truck, and was gone in under an hour. He did not try to sell me a new furnace, which is more than I can say for the last company.
They found a slow leak under the kitchen sink that two other companies had missed. Dana called back within the hour like she said she would, and the plumber left the cupboard cleaner than he found it.
Based in Barrowmere. We cover the whole Wexley Valley, about 30 minutes in any direction.
Somewhere else nearby? Call (555) 555-0142 and ask. We usually say yes, and if we cannot we will say so straight away.
No heat or an active leak outside those hours: call the same number. It rings through to whoever is on that week.
Kestlebrook is a four-person shop, and we keep it that way on purpose. Dana answers the phone and knows the schedule, so she gives you a real arrival window instead of “someone will call you back”. The plumber who quotes your job is the one who does it, and most of what we fix we have fixed a few hundred times in the same kinds of houses you live in.
A few taps, a name and a number. Dana calls or texts you back within an hour during opening hours, with a rough range and a time we can come and look. Sent at night? You hear from her first thing. For leaks or no heat, the phone is faster: (555) 555-0142.
Thanks, there. On the real site this would land in Dana’s inbox within seconds, with a copy to her phone, and you would see a confirmation right here. Since this is a demo, nothing went anywhere. Want a form like this on your own site? Arkline built this one.
