The front desk
What answers when you cannot.
Your website is what everyone sees, and we still build it by hand. But a website cannot pick up the phone. This is the part that does, and it is the reason we point most businesses at Growth rather than Foundation.
Missed call text back, before they ring the next name
You are under a sink, on a roof, or driving. The phone rings and you cannot get to it. By the time you call back that afternoon, they have rung the next name on the list and someone else is doing the work.
Nothing about a website fixes that, and we will not pretend ours is different. The front desk answers for you: within seconds of a missed call, the caller gets a text in your name asking what they need. Most people reply to it, because they are still holding the phone.
Everything in one place
Enquiries from your website, text messages, and Facebook messages all land in the same list, on your phone. One place to look, one place to reply from, and nothing sitting unread in an inbox you only open on Sundays.
The replies go out from your business number, not from us, so the conversation belongs to you.
The review you never got round to asking for
Reviews are the biggest lever in local search you actually control, and nearly every small business asks for them badly: too late, too rarely, or not at all. The front desk asks for you, automatically, a set time after the job is done, while it is still fresh.
It only ever asks. Nobody can leave a review on your behalf, and we would not want to be able to. Why reviews matter more than your website does.
Letting people book without ringing you
A booking page tied to your calendar, with reminders so people turn up. For a clinic that is the whole job. For a trade it is quoting visits, which is the appointment most likely to be forgotten.
What this actually is
It is a system we run on your behalf, not a piece of software you have to learn. We set it up, connect it to your website and your number, and keep it working. You get a login if you want one, and most people only ever use the app.
Your number, your customers, your data. The phone number stays yours. The conversations and the contact list are yours. If you ever leave, we export all of it and hand it over, the same way we hand over the website. No part of this is designed to make leaving difficult.
What it costs
The front desk is part of Growth, $299 a month, along with the custom website, up to 20 pages and five changes a month. Partner, $499, adds a written blog post each month, monthly reports and priority turnaround.
Against Foundation, the front desk is $150 a month. One caught call at an average job usually covers months of it, and the sliders on the home page let you put your own numbers against it.
On Foundation, $149, you get the website on its own, built to the same standard. If the phone is already answered and the reviews are already coming, that is the honest plan for you, and we will say so on the call.
- Missed calls texted back within seconds, in your name
- Website, text and Facebook messages in one inbox on your phone
- Review requests sent automatically after a job
- Online booking, with reminders
- Set up, connected and looked after by the person who built your site
Worth a short call
Thirty minutes, no charge, and the fixed price arrives in writing straight after it, not a week later. Or ring (519) 860-2550 and you will get the person who would build it.
