Three physiotherapists. The one you start with is the one you keep.
One patient at a time, in a room with the door closed. A first visit is 45 minutes and a follow-up is 30, and nobody is double booked. The plan you leave with is written by the person who treated you.
Who you will see.
Each of the three is listed by what they mostly treat and which days they are in. Book with a name, or leave it to whoever is free soonest.

Maya Lindqvist
Physiotherapist and clinic owner. Registered Physiotherapist, Reg. #00000 (demo). 14 years in practice (demo).
In Monday to ThursdayMaya sees most of the low backs and necks, and people recovering after surgery. She takes first visits, follow-ups and the after-surgery first visit. She is also the one who does home visits within Tarrow Bay, arranged by phone. She speaks English and Swedish.
In her words: I tell you what I found in words you can repeat at home, and I write the number of visits down so you can hold me to it.

Daniel Okafor
Physiotherapist. Registered Physiotherapist, Reg. #00000 (demo). 9 years in practice (demo).
In Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and SaturdayDaniel sees most of the knees, hips and ankles, running and gym injuries, and knees after surgery. He does the running and sport assessment, so bring the shoes you run in. He speaks English and French.
In his words: most people can keep moving while they get better, and I would rather change what you do than stop you doing it.

Hana Petrov
Physiotherapist. Registered Physiotherapist, Reg. #00000 (demo), with extra training in vestibular and pelvic health physiotherapy (demo).
In Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and SaturdayHana sees most of the shoulders, and everyone who comes in with dizziness, unsteadiness or a fear of falling. She does the dizziness and balance assessment and the pelvic health visits. Pelvic health is booked by phone, not online, so she can answer your questions first. The call takes about five minutes. She speaks English and Czech.
In her words: nothing happens in the room that I have not explained first, and you can say stop at any point.

Jules is at the desk, answers the phone and text during opening hours, and does the insurance.
Who is in on which day.
Pick a day you can come and see who is in. The clinic hours for that day sit beside it.
| Day | Who is in | Hours |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Maya, Daniel | 8 am to 7 pm |
| Tuesday | Maya, Hana | 8 am to 7 pm |
| Wednesday | Maya, Daniel, Hana | 8 am to 7 pm |
| Thursday | Maya, Daniel | 8 am to 7 pm |
| Friday | Daniel, Hana | 8 am to 5 pm |
| Saturday | Daniel, Hana | 9 am to 1 pm |
| Sunday | Closed | |
Closed on Sundays. The booking page uses this same table, so you are never offered a day your physiotherapist is not in. 212 Ferrier Hill Road, Unit 3, Tarrow Bay (demo address). Free parking behind the building, and the 14 bus stops outside.
You can pick a name, or let us match you.
Book with a name and you see that person. Book with whoever is free soonest and we match you by what hurts and which days you can come. A few visits go to one person only: dizziness and balance, and pelvic health, to Hana; running and sport to Daniel; home visits to Maya. Any of the three can take a first visit, a follow-up or a longer follow-up. After surgery, it is Maya or Daniel.
The one you start with is the one you keep. The physiotherapist who treats you on visit one writes your plan, and the same person updates it at every follow-up.
All three work the same way. One patient at a time, with the door closed. We say what we think in plain words. We write the plan down with the number of visits we expect, and we tell you when to stop coming. If physio is not what you need, we say so on the first visit and tell you who to see, and you pay for one visit, not a course.
The average course here is 5 visits (demo figure).
The bench is for boots.
The waiting is short. Arrive 5 minutes early for the one-page form, sit, take your boots off and hang your coat.
Book with a name, or with whoever is free soonest.
A first visit is 45 minutes and $115, and you do not need a referral. If you are not sure who to pick, or whether physio is what you need, call and ask. The call is free and takes about five minutes.
